This has to be the best backstory on Deviant Alex Warlorn's "Discorded Ponies" series. 

I kinda get what Twilight's saying when she's talking to the princess (Indirectly, Spoiler Alert). Even though it makes me feel sad, listening to Twilight put her heartache into words, it also feels sort of good. I know it sounds like a weird thing to say, but I think we can all relate to Twilight in this situation. We've lost friends, and we've felt depressed from time to time. 

But she made it through. And so will we...
